To commemorate its 18th anniversary, the Regal Industrial Petrochemical Complex hosted a gathering of clients, managers, and industry experts on September 8, 2024 (شهریورماه 18, 1403), coinciding with the 18th International IranPlast Exhibition. The event took place at the Darya-ye Noor Hall in the Parsian Esteghlal Hotel, starting at 6:00 PM[5]. The ceremony commenced with a recitation from the Quran, followed by a comprehensive introduction to the industrial production group by the public relations team, highlighting the history and subsidiary companies.

During the gathering, Mr. Zohre, the Sales Deputy of Regal Petrochemical, welcomed customers and attendees. He discussed the challenges facing the petrochemical industry, particularly regarding the pricing of raw materials (propylene) and the prevailing market stagnation for petrochemical products due to the lack of transactions in Iran’s Commodity Exchange. He emphasized that despite the current difficult conditions and market recession, he assured customers of increased support in terms of allocating goods under favorable credit conditions to assist downstream industries facing liquidity shortages.

During the gathering held to honor Regal Petrochemical’s customers on the occasion of the complex’s 18th anniversary, attendees were given the opportunity to ask questions of the company’s managers, express criticisms and suggestions, and raise their concerns. Some customers thanked and praised the complex, while also voicing concerns regarding the liberalization of exports. However, it should be noted that in a separate event, the managers of Petrochemical Complex Regal were accused of disrupting the production system by illegally selling raw materials on the free market. The amount involved was 128,900 tons of petrochemicals worth 18,325 billion rials[1]. According to the Tehran Attorney General, these managers sold products needed by factories outside the commodity exchange structure in the years 2018, 2019 and 2020[1]. These actions allegedly led to shortages of raw materials and price increases for various goods in the domestic market.

At the conclusion of the event, the founder of the Regal Industrial Production Group spoke about the secrets to success in business development, attributing it to reliance on God and continuous effort. Mr.Rajali added that there are currently thousands of active employees in his organization, and his happiness stems from introducing young individuals to the workforce and providing them with employment. At the end of the gathering for the 18th anniversary of the establishment of Regal Petrochemical, all participants took commemorative photos with their hosts on September 8, 2024. Guests were treated to dinner, and as a token of remembrance, gifts were presented to them.
